In order to maximize income, we aim for high occupancy with strategic pricing. We optimize rental platforms to ensure that each listing is generating income consistently, throughout the year.

We work on a shared calendar with the homeowner so you have the opportunity to block the dates for your visit and stay in your home. You can coordinate with your Manzil POC to confirm your personal stay dates, and expect the same level of service we provide to our guests.

Our properties pass a series of reviews prior to being added to our portfolio to ensure we can list the property to our exacting standards.

Interior design and styling consultancy is available for property owners to use with 2 packages to choose from: Designer and Elegant Luxury. This way, we can have your home prepared for listing without taking your valuable time.

We ensure a careful vetting process for every guest who books your home to ensure they comply with the house rules and regulations. With every booking, we take an upfront Security Deposit that is refundable to the guest. In case of damages, the amount for is deducted from the deposit and will be used to replace or repair damaged goods.

Payouts are made every preceding month on a fixed date and can be transferred to any international account. Along with that, we provide you with a detailed report on bookings, expenses and maintenance updates.

The demand for short-term rentals in Dubai is increasing YoY. The sooner your home is listed, the sooner it will generate income and become a part of the relatively new but rapidly growing market.

For guests

Our apartments provide WiFi, fresh linen, shower amenities, daily essentials and kitchen equipment including a coffee machine. Our concierge team can arrange anything for you from restaurant reservations, transportation, event bookings and local experiences.

The security deposit is a refundable amount that is deducted only if any damages occur during your stay. The amount will be refunded within 72hrs, after checkout. If in case of any damages, the team will inform you prior to any deductions or before resolving the issue.

The guest needs to provide his/her payment information to pre-pay the reservation before the stay and as a guarantee of the reservation.

Cancellation fee (of the full amount paid) is applicable for all cancellations 7 Days from check in date. Any paid amounts including advance deposits are non-refundable in the event of canceling a contract/reservation 7 days or less before the check in date. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

Guests can change booking dates by notifying us by phone or email, dates and properties are subject to availability. Flexible penalty-free changing days prior to 7 days of arrival for daily rent, cancellation policy applied. Extending dates are subject to availability and rate difference, if any. If the Guest wishes to extend their stay and the dates are available, they can request an extension by email.


Your booking will be confirmed via email, along with payment information, house rules, terms and conditions and other relevant information.
